Meteor Madness

Picking apart my skin,
The moon is on the rise.

Goodbye sunlight,
Till dawn.

Shower of debris,
Starlight magic collapses our surroundings.

I only fantasize of the life we don't belong to.

Give me a minute, for I must inhale the sight of the stars.

I flew around
The rings of Saturn

Just to watch the glisten
Of the sun in a solar flare

Yellow, I saw, and orange too.
My heart longs for the existence that is true.

And I glare up to the sky
With my heart and dream

Of everything beyond
This life and what it seems.
