Upside Down

When the sky is overcast,
It whispers to the world.

Soul inflicted pain, must mask the sunlight.

But in the wake of consciousness
Notice, I am the only one peering through the clouds.
Trying to find some starlight.

The moon to point out every night.

And you dont even do a double take at what is above.

I want to belong up there.

your poetry is amazing
its growing on me like a vine after a deluge
the beauty is in its darkness because its always thoughtful and kind spirited even at its darkest moments
looking at the words and how they entertain the depths as their comfort zone, well i find it interesting, calming and quite uplifting <3
